Thermador - Griddle on ranges and rangetops
Today, we're talking about the Thermador griddle, which is available on select gas and dual fuel ranges, as well as gas rangetops.
This has a titanium, non-stick surface, which is very durable and does not need to be seasoned and maintained in the manner of a cast iron skillet, which is typical of the rolled steel surfaces found on most griddles on professional style ranges for the home.
The grill surface is thermostatically controlled, so you can set the perfect temperature for grilled cheese on the one hand, or for searing a cut of meat on the other. The flat griddle surface can also be swapped out for the grill plate accessory that is available separately.
