Anthony Fors

President and Co-founder

Anthony grew up in Sturbridge, Massachusetts and studied music education at UMass Amherst. After teaching instrumental music for four years, he decided his efforts were best spent in the private sector. Having grown up in a local business he knew the importance of local business on the community and decided to purchase his first business in 2004. Anthony has been able to use his training in education to help understand customers’ needs and properly train employees.

Thomas Offen

CTO and Co-founder

Tom grew up in North Stonington, Connecticut and received his bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College. Prior to launching Steel Cod he worked as an IT professional in the pharmaceutical industry for seventeen years. When he’s not working on the next version of Steel Cod he’s usually working on his golf swing or watching an Arsenal match.

Jonathan Beresford

Vice President of Sales

With over a decade of experience driving sales and business growth, Jon specializes in developing strategic solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations. His proven ability to grow businesses while keeping client needs at the forefront has made him a trusted partner in transforming operations and maximizing profitability. He thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging his expertise to build long-lasting relationships, deliver innovative sales strategies, and propel companies to new heights.

Keri Cody

Sales Development

Keri grew up in Sturbridge, MA and studied Business Management and Healthcare. After years in the healthcare field, she decided to venture into the builder profession. Keri has sixteen years of background in new home construction, customer service, and home remodeling. She is very excited to be a part of the Steel Cod team! When she is not working, she enjoys crafts and DIY home improvements.

Benjamin Adams

Product Data Specialist

Ben grew up in Raynham, Massachusetts, and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from UMass Amherst. His technical background in HVAC, combined with years of hands-on experience, eventually led him to the appliance industry. Throughout his career, he’s held various roles, including blogger, customer experience specialist, project analyst, and builder sales representative. In 2024, Ben eagerly joined the Steel Cod team. Outside the office, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, skateboarding, and fishing.

Shannon O'Hara

Content and Production Specialist

Shannon is a creative strategist with a deep technical foundation in video and digital media. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media and Digital Art from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has since helped brands nationwide grow through compelling visual storytelling.

With hands-on experience both inside and outside the appliance industry, Shannon brings a practical understanding of how marketing works in real business environments. She specializes in organic growth on YouTube and social platforms, turning complex products into clear, engaging content that builds trust and drives demand.

Shannon thrives in fast paced, collaborative settings where she can think creatively and support brand growth. She is dedicated to helping Steel Cod clients communicate with clarity, stand out in their market, and feel confident that their story is in capable hands.
