It starts with a beautiful exterior, a nice big heavy bar handle on the outside. And when you get to the inside, you see a full extension glide out rack that's going to help you with the heavy stuff. You'll feel a little bit safer when you grab that with your potholders and set it on your countertop.

The heat inside of this professional wall oven because the door is so heavy, it maintains the temperature very, very well. And let's talk about the heat a little bit and how long it takes to preheat and oven these days. You leave all the racks in. You can count on about 8 minutes per rack for this thing to heat up.

So this oven has Wi-Fi connect, so why not use it? You can ask Alexa to preheat the oven from the road and you're going to be all set to go.

I do love the multitrack cooking function on this oven, too. It shows you where the heat comes from. Top, bottom, back. And when you put four or five racks of cookies in there at the same time, that convection feature that will heat a little bit from the top and the bottom at the same time, you will have perfect cooking on every single one of those racks.
