The Miele steam convection oven is one of my favorite appliances. It's the most forgiving appliance out of all of the cooking products on the market.
Any time you're cooking with steam, you're cooking with forgiveness. And I always tell people that, don't be intimidated. Jump in there. Really give it a try and see what can be achieved, because of its moisture retaining capability, it is super forgiving. It gives you opportunities to be creative. And it really enhances the flavor and the taste of the food. And my customers love it. It's fantastic.
